PNC is a way below average bank among the top banks in USA (Citi, JP, BoFA). Customer service hours limited. Their web IT sucks.

The team here are so nice and helpful with no question being too small. The customer service is great, they remember their customers and they make things as easy as possible. They have helped us set up accounts, arrange international transfers, get credit cards etc. Really above and beyond customer service.

My friend from out of town went to cash a personal check and the cashier told him he need to two id's. The check was pnc. A state ID was not enough. I would not never be a customer there

This location has great customer service but the bank is terrible. Save yourself now because they will rob you blind. Everything sounds good when you first open an account but once your money starts to flow into the account things change. You have deductions from your account customer service can't explain and money goes missing as if it was never there. DO NOT TRUST IT

I got married and changed my last name. I was able to update it with every single bank via online or email but PNC. I went into this particular branch in Old Town(since I don't live in state, I had electronic copies of documents which I was very willing to print out if needed) they told me they need to see all originals and make copies themselves. I had new and old passport, drivers license, marriage certificate and some items in my wallet were still in old name and some with new but they refused to help me. I can't wait to close this account!

The customer service here is superb. I been there many times and have not had a bad experience. I wish I can say that for many other branches but sadly I can't. If you are looking to be treated with some respect and assisted well, please stop into this branch to be serviced. Stay away from the branch on Grand; worst of them all.
