Terrible experience with them overall for business banking. The worst part was when I went in to close my account - they wouldn't even let me use the bathroom. DO NOT USE PNC for business banking!!

Card reader to open the door after branch hours does not work. Issue remains unresolved months later.

Fantastic customer service. I was impressed when Jennifer, one of the bankers, was greeting several people by name who walked through the door!

This branch at 873 N. Rush St., in Chicago, is the best bank I've ever dealt with. They never make a mistake on your bank statement, and the service and friendliness can't be beat.

Terrific service and friendliness at this PNC branch. Manager Shahbaz Ahmed went above and beyond to help me get a document notarized very late on a Friday afternoon. Professional and responsive!

One of the worse banking customer services I have received in my entire life. I have been quiet for 5 years but today was the limit, I never write reviews. I am not naming any one here, but I hope that someone in senior management gets serious and invests in training their staff...It is all about the right training. I caught a mistake a banker had made because they set up a "FREE" service incorrectly which led to a letter I received asking for a $45 fee. I called the bank and I was told it will be taken care off....See I DO NOT TRUST this bank/branch, so I kept all the documentation. Today they deducted the $45 from my bank account, they would continue to deduct that monthly had I not been paranoid because of their track record. When I called today, extremely upset of course, i told the the bank staff that I was so upset because I wasted so much time worried about this and sometimes I feel I should close my account (mind you, I have my personal and business account(s) with them) she said it was fine she "will be more than happy to close the account for me and she can do it right now". I flipped! There was no apology. I told her, as a manager of a company I put in a lot of effort to get customer feed back so my company can improve and I am telling you to pass my feedback along. She just continued to be non apologetic and said she will get back to me. Customer service in this branch was some what decent but it's gone to dogs lately.
