The staff here is on lunch break/leave/etc most of the times. If you call them for a service and they have staff unavailable, they put you on hold for indefinite amount of time. I have been a PNC customer for over 3 years now but I have now decided to move away from their service.

We were visiting Chicago and needed our debit cards issue resolved. Julia Scott assisted us so well and professionally we felt very at ease. She answered and assured us about our concerns. Very nice to meet a staff member of PNC who thinks of customers all the time. Thank you Julia.

The whole staff here is outstanding, from security to upper-level management. Julia and Jose are two of the nicest people you will ever find in any industry. They take the time to know you on a personal level and make you feel at home. They both have helped me countless times and are always eager to do more.

I have had a PNC checking account for 10 years. This account have never exceeded $5,000 in average balance. Recently I noticed a charged of $25 per month bank charge. Called and they said it is because my balance is not $5,000. I said it's never exceeded that and I was not charged that before. They said: Previously this account was a grandfathered account, which was a type we no longer offer. We had a recent migration of accounts and the system transitioned the account to Performance Select. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS!!! NOR WAS I NOTIFIED!!!! NOW THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM ME. WHY WOULD THEY SWITCH ME TO THIS ACCOUNT IF MY BALANCE HAVE NEVER EXCEEDED THE REQUIREMENT?!?!

I went to the bank to sort some stuff regarding my business account. It was one of the greatest experience I ever had at a bank and trust me I been to a lot. I work with a such a sweet professional woman her name is billy sorry I may misspell her name wrong. But truly you made my day upper management should take good care of this type of employee

I received excellent service at this location. The greeter was attentive and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. There were multiple tellers at the window and I did not have to wait at all, despite being on my lunch hour. The transaction went smoothly and both tellers were very friendly. When I left the security guard wished me a nice day. This is the best PNC experience I have had in Chicago so far after visiting about 5 branches.

I've unfortunately had a couple cards compromised in the last year, so I've had to come here more than I've wanted. Bless helped me both times, and was extremely patient and helpful in each situation. I was a little frazzled having had my money stolen, and she assured me I would get everything sorted out. This location is efficient, no long wait times, even at lunch in the downtown area.

One of the most annoying PNC Banks I've been to. I went in to speak to a personal banker. Her name was Bliss and the meeting was anything but blissful. When she first walked out, she walked right past me while sighing a negative one. She walks to the hostess and the hostess points at me indicating to Bliss that I'm next. I got what I needed and got out fast. Terrible bedside manner. Even though this PNC is close to work, I'm going out of way to go to another way.

Melissa Rogers deserves a raise! I had a terrible experience at an Uptown branch finalizing my auto loan. After the uptown branch somehow FORGOT to have a notary present for my auto loan closing ( may I add I made an appointment in advance, and the seller and I were at the branch for over an hour before being told we couldn't finish) I had to delay the closing one more day, only to be told 2 hours before my second appointment that my loan had expired. The branch simply called me and said 'sorry there's nothing we can do.' I came to Melissa in a panic, because the seller of the car was moving to another country the following day. I had 2 hours to fix this, or I lost the car. She called everyone she could to try and fix the problem. She ended up talking to a supervisors, supervisor and got everything resolved. She did it all with a smile on her face. Melissa is the ONLY reason I will be staying with PNC after this terrible experience. Bravo Melissa!
