Arrived at this branch location at 9:30am. 30 minutes after they should be open. Doors locked and lights off. Waited a few minutes and saw two employees mosey over from the parking lot. Brief apologies then they tell me I can't get quarters here. This bank is so old fashioned requiring in person visits for any small interaction. Now their locations are unreliable? I'm switching banks finally.

The associates don’t even give you the curtesy of removing their AirPods when they speak to you. Also, this is a bank that doesn’t carry cash.

This PNC branch has been amazing helping me with simple complex banking needs over the last few years. Everyone is so friendly that I actually look forward to going in the branch when I need to. Sergio is especially knowledgeable about all type of accounts, their legal requirements, and personally helped me each step of the way.

I have PNC bank for a while now and never had any problems with them till today. I never been to this bank location or used their services. I'm from the Southside. This bank location is under review as of today 10/7/2020 for an account dispute. How can a bank allow a scammer to withdraw $600 from my account from their atm without a a debit card or an id?? I called customer service and filed a complaint. Should be ashame of yourselves.

The most dishonest bank around. A teller had stolen 500 from me during a transaction. The dishonest manager Sergio, was always lying & attacking me. Months later, it's still under review. DON'T BANK HERE

PNC is not the best bank in my experience. Too many hoops to jump through when you do your banking with them. They are also inconsistent with their "policies." One person tells you one thing and another bank employee tells you that's not right. So they tell you a totally different thing. Customer service on the phone is the same thing. I was on the phone with one of the PNC credit card people today and it was obvious--the PNC employee hung up on me in the middle of our conversation for no reason!! Definitely NOT good customer service.

Cannot wait to close my accounts. Initially had a great experience when opening my business account late last year. Even moved my personal accounts and investments over. Ever since they "won my business " their customer service has been horrific. Perhaps it's because since COVID I don't have a significant amount of deposits and my balances aren't VIP amounts. Which by the way will change very soon. Their merchant services are also terrible. They do not put customers first beyond the initial win you over experience. Use caution. If you need quick efficient user friendly banking look elsewhere. I have anxiety every time I need to do baking because I know it will for one take forever and for two be a project. Also ? Their phone customer service is both not 24 hours and worse than their branches. Leaving this bank as soon as I find some he that knows how to treat business customers.

The ATM gives you money and then won't accept those exact same bills. Only go here if you want to be charged multiple fees for taking out cash that you have no choice but to take out to complete your transaction. Actually, save yourself the time and effort and don't use PNC at all.
