Always the best location to get in and out of they have multiple spanish speaking clerks although I speak English but it helps the barrier between languages they are always professional and courteous great that this location has notary agent as well Awesome job staff

Don't go here they are a scam they have no way to protect the customer they really screwed me. My card information got stolen and I had to cancel my card and they told me I had to wait 7 to 14 business days to get my car and there's no way I can access my money and now I'm going to be behind on bills because of them they do not have your back they will not help you do not go there

This, by far, is the worst location! The customer service is non-existent. If I had to rate it, the rating would be a negative number. I have been trying to get a lost money order replaced for 2 months. I am my grandmother's care so I purchase a money order on her behalf 2/2023. The money order was lost. I requested a replacement. Long story short, I've requested a replacement, then they said my grandma ( who's in a wheelchair) had to come there to sign. I made arrangements for my husband to take her. She gets a call three days after saying my husband needs to signfor the replacement since he was there. I requested a district manager call me back and I'm still waiting 2 months later. The money order still hasn't been replaced and when I go in person to complain the workers and managers are nonchalant I will NEVER go to this location or any other PLS again!
