Maira and Betty went above and beyond when it came to customer service. I had issues with previous money order purchases and they took the time to find them and get the issue resolved. Because of that, I will continue to go out of my way to visit this location. All because the customer service was genuine and helpful.

Came to this establishment as it is close to where I live. Three of the employees here were very unprofessional with a couple who was serviced before me. These employees had name badges that said Gerlimar and Mari. They started gossiping about the business that the couple was doing there immediately after they left. They kept talking amongst themselves while pointing at the computer screen while laughing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee that helped me was probably newer, as her name tag didn’t have a name and just said new employee. She was unable to help because she didn’t know how to. I believe one of the other two ladies was the manager. Instead of being rude and talking about other customers, she should focus on helping the newer employees. Not once did she approach the struggling new employee. Went to the other one on diversey and they were able to help me right away.
