GM does not accommodate people with health issues such as needing an EpiPen. Most PF locations are understanding about my need to carry my bag, but this GM is very unprofessional and rude.

Friendly, helpful staff and a clean location with ample parking. All the equipment was in good working order with updated treadmills. 30 min work out station, abs and stretching area, functional training (trx) plenty of treadmills and at least 6 stair machines with all the other equipment we love to hate. At this location they have red light therapy, water beds, reclining massage and tanning beds.

Jaylene I spoke with a lady named Jayene at Thursday, July 25, 2024 6:10 PM and she said she doesn’t think I’m understanding I speak English that’s the issue with this Mexican people I speak English I’ve gone to a private school all my life I am not deaf or dumb. I listen understand and comprehend I am educated I’m not a fool I’m asking you a question you don’t wanna answer the question that you’re telling me I have to hang up the phone and you’re putting me on hold for no reason this is the issue with Planet fitness. she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She shouldn’t be working there a waste of time. You weren’t even helpful in anyway I’m trying to tell you something. Ask you a question but you’re telling me oh I have provided you with information, well your information wasn’t helpful.

Visit this facility for the first time, a couple days ago. It's pretty cool, much more spacious, From the looks of it, they focus more on cardio due to the rows of treadmills, stepping machine and bikes I've seen. The restroom was clean and smell fresh, the locker where maintain, the shower where nice (no ripe curtains) the stalls and floor were clean also. The representative was welcoming as I enter the facility. While using the smith machine. Individual as you (before grabbing the weight from the machine) could/can they use the weight. Polite thing to do versus grabbing and walking away (calumet park, lansing, evergreen Park customer never ask). I gave this gym a 7 out 10.
