I personally started planet fitness 2 weeks ago and it’s been amazing I enjoy being there people are friendly and the areas are kept clean. The staff is very amazing and well respected and friendly. One of the staff named Alexis has been a good help with me and I appreciate the support

This location is very clean. The staff is always cleaning something, whether it's equipment, restrooms, floors, or shower areas, which is really nice to see. They are also very friendly.

Shot out to PF on pulaski and 44. They are ALWAYS cleaning.. For a person like myself that still wears a mask it is refreshing.

Extremely rude staff trying to sell you the black card. I checked in and one staff member told me I was not allowed because I am not a black card member. In my app it tells me I have access to any planet fitness worldwide because I have been a member for years. When they saw this they let me train. As I was then purchasing merchandise another staff member came up to me and told me “unfortunately you are not allowed to come back here” to which I then showed them the application and requested a manager. I then saw them pretend to call someone on the phone and they immediately apologized. This was not a great experience overall and I would like to hear back about why this happened.

It's a great Gym, but people who are working out are disrespectful of using multiple machines at once as well equipment especially proper benches at the dumbbell section. Manager should be aware of a situation like that & acknowledge to those who are working out.

A gym INSIDE A CLOSET..
You are on the treadmill and can reach out and touch both N & S walls ???..
DEFINITELY not recommend for truck drivers nor the residents.. Other BETTER locations locally

Does anyone know if the serving staff speaks Spanish? And if there are instructors? I just got my membership and I don't know English
