I only came in to browse because my fiance needed something, but the place was really cool to look around. The guy behind the counter I figured was the owner was super friendly and even told me facts about cigars and how to differentiate between them. And even though my purchase was small, he put my small cigar in a fancy bag along with some very fancy quality Japanese matches. Thanks!

10/10!!! I thought my puffco plus was broken so I was going to buy a new one here but I asked the dude working there if he could figure out what was wrong with it and he figured out it was an issue with my charger because there was some wax and dirt inside of it. He cleaned it for me and it fixed the issue!!! He easily could’ve lied to me and told me it was broken so I would buy a new one from him. Love the customer service?

We drive way out of our way every week to go here. Customer service is amazing. The dummies who left bad reviews because they didn't like the project should have just told them, because Pipes always makes sure to take care of their customers. This place is the best, hands down.

This place is the BEST!! I come from Evanston to get my juice here!!!!.The guys are super helpful to me. I'm disabled and these guys are GREAT!! They take the time (everytime) to change my coil when I buy my juice & coils ? . It may not seem like much to most but to me it means the World ??
