They will text you when your medication is ready and brain storm solutions when problems arise. Never a line and I’ve never felt rushed. You can even text a real person! Highly recommend.”
“I'm scared to write this review because I feel like I found a rare gem, and I'm afraid of a "gold rush" on this place.
I had some terrible experiences trying to get some prescription drugs from other pharmacies, and their lack of coordinating with other branches of the same pharmacy chain, them handling insurance coverage communication, coordinating Rx's with my doctors, etc.
Finally after 2 weeks of being in despair about obtaining my Rx, someone recommended New City Halsted Pharmacy, and it has been nothing short of outstanding ever since. They were actually out of an Rx dosage that I needed, and weren't sure when they would receive a new shipment. Kayla was super kind, and walked me patiently through my options over the phone (even texted me after hours) and within 24 hours, helped me coordinate with my doctor a similar Rx, and I was able to pick it up the next day! No pharmacy has ever taken the time to help me out in such a manner. As someone who doesn't frequent the healthcare system, I was blown away. The entire staff here operates under the same ethos as Kayla. In an era of terrible customer service and general incompetence in most fields, this place is a respite from that norm. I wouldn't use any other pharmacy but this one, unless I absolutely had to.”

“I wanted to take time to compliment the customer service provided by 200 Pharmacy. I don't order often and when I called to reorder a product, the customer service rep was unable to locate my information after searching in multiple databases. It had been a couple of years since my last order. She was determined to assist me, remembered one last place to check. Although this process took an extended period of time, the rep never gave up, or stopped looking. She was able to find my information and I was able to order the product I needed. In this day and age when good customer service is hard to experience, I wanted to give a positive review for this organization. BTW, I live in California.”
“I'm so happy to have switched to Armitage Pharmacy from the corporate chain-pharmacy hellscape. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. I'm able to pick up my prescriptions same-day and I can always get in touch with a pharmacist if I have an issue. When I was prescribed a medication that I didn't realize contained something I was allergic to - and I couldn't get in touch with my provider due to it being a holiday - the pharmacist walked me through exactly what to do. Pharmacy is such a vital and unrecognized service and Armitage Pharmacy actually provides it, unlike the chains. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and I recommend to anyone to switch.”

“I've been coming here for compound meds for my bunny for quite a while now, at least a year if not more. They have been great to do business with, had the best price out of the 3 pharmacies my vet works with, and I've never had a problem with any orders .... they also offer both pick up and shipping which is super convenient. “Visited this location for travel vaccines. The pharmacist was friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to help me early and I got out quickly. The online system allowed me to schedule an immunization they didn't actually have in stock so make sure you call the pharmacy to check. That's not the fault of the staff at this location though.”

They’ve provided me with free medication if I was out of my regular prescription and needed to get a hold of a doctor to confirm my refills. “Merz is a wonderful store for all things scented and unscented. They have a huge selection of perfumes for women and men, creams and lotions, soaps of all kinds, and other assorted sundries that you can't find at Walgreens or CVS. Their products come from all over the world. There is so much to see and sniff that it takes me hours to go through everything. Not only is it a beautiful store, but the staff is very knowledgeable.”
