I made appointment on Dec 23,2024 for my dog to groom at Petco on January 1st 2025. I called today January 1st 2025 , the Manager tells me that I didn't have appointment for my dog to get groom today. This company has bad practices when it comes to setting up appointment for your grooming. Bad customer service in the grooming department.

As much as they contacted me to ensure her coming😡😡😡😡 I wasnt seen because of her having matts on her hind legs
They refused to do anything for my Bella😡 . Now I have to make arrangements for another appointment elsewhere.😡

No stars they ws unprofessional and inconsiderate they turn me n my dogs around our appointment was at 2 we got there at 2:10 had to wait for twenty mins for someone to check us in to tell us they cnt tk us cuz we was late I'm like how was i late I get a 15 min grace period no one came out here until 2:20 then when they did cm out they said my dogs didn't hv any appointments at tht point i ws over it never again yall definitely jst lost a customer

I've been having my dogs groomed here for years. Never had any bad experiences. However, this last time I had my 2 pups groomed, proved terrible and has saddened me!
I don't like to complain and my husband wants me to let it go; saying it will grow back.
I have mini schnauzers, but I don't get the traditional cut, I prefer the teddy bear cut on them. When I picked them up, I was devastated! My one pup looked like she had been experimented on! Her head and face were almost skinned! Uneven and whiskers cut down to nothing ! Whiskers are their defense on their face when digging etc. Protecting their face.
THEY KNEW THEY MESSED IT UP! NO WAY!
Pink bows don't cover up this mess!
I don't know what's going on with these new groomers but I'd recommend you make sure you know the groomer is seasoned and deal with them directly!
I'm just hurt ; don't know if I want to even go back there anymore.
