I purchased a few items this particular store offered curbside so i decided to do curbside pickup when my order was ready I followed the instructions and let the store know when I was on my way and when I arrived I waited more than 15 minutes for my order and no one ever showed up that’s when I decided to go inside since it seemed like they weren’t going to bring my order out. Don’t offer Curbside if none of the employees are going to bring out the order.

Today was my first time shopping ? at this petco location because I live in Lakeview; but I was extremely impressed with how cleanly and organized everything was set up here.
The shopping ? experience was pleasant especially with how well organized the store is and I will definitely be back every time I need to do errands in Albany Park.
I noticed some people left negative feedback regarding grooming here but I'm the type of person that just uses a self service dog ? wash for my pyrenees so I can't offer any personal feedback regarding their grooming salon. I will tell you that when I peaked in at the grooming section it looked impeccable.
This is a beautiful location ? and next time I will definitely visit here with my dog ?

I’ve only gone in for pickup orders since Petco offers a discount for picking up online orders. With the discount Petco has the best dog food prices around.
I have noticed this location stocks fewer items than the one on Diversey but it has all the staples.

Firts and last time I take my dog to this place, they left him looking like a donkey had bitten his hair off, so much so that we took care of his Yorkie hair at home and this “groomer” destroyed his entire haircut, it was left horrible, plus the dog was extremely anxious and nervous, They didn't even clean his genitals well or remove the hair from his anus, my poor dog was unrecognizable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE

Legit never again. I thought I was scheduling for the one on diversey and Pulaski, but got the addresses mixed up. Still decided to keep the appointment since I always am happy with how she looks after her grooming at the diversey location. My baby smelled worse than when I took her in. I asked them if they brushed her teeth, they said no because I didn’t asked for that service, which I know I did because the person I spoke to said they use a special peanut butter toothpaste. My baby also had hair all over her. I get she sheds, but the whole point of the grooming is to get as much hair off of her as possible. She was still wet when I picked her up. Now I know for next time, to make sure I have the right location.

Took my 6 year old female German Shepherd in for a bath and brush and added the deshedding package. Moses was awesome! My dog is a nervous girl. She kept having accidents due to her nervousness, but he was kind and and cleaned her up every time. She walked out looking like a new dog! Smelled great, was super soft, and minimal shedding. The deshedding package was well worth it. We'll definitely be back :)
