Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. I highly recommend Maciek and his shop for any body work you may need!Service: Body & Trim

I got my car out the shop and even with my insurance making it difficult they still repaired my front bumper and sensor. Also popped out a dent I had complimentary. I recommend!

Couldn't recommend them enough. First time I went there he helped me out by pointing out how my insurance was screwing me.Came back after my partner got into an accident and he not only fixed it promptly, but even offered to fix an old dent.Great folks!

I had some accident on parking lot in December. Few places were recommended by my insurance agent. After talk to owner I've decided to do auto body repair in that place. It was very good choice. Pauleen Auto body shop went above and beyond my expectations !!! Maciek, the owner, treated me like family. He analyzed the damage to my car and gave me a couple of options all within my budget. Excellent body shop. They did such a good job in fixing my many dents that you can't even see where they were even if you know where they were . Also, reasonably priced. High recommended.

Got my car back today from Paulen Auto Body and I just want to say what an outstanding job they did in repairing all the damage. My car looks practically brand new and you can't tell it's ever been in an accident. Thanks Mike for taking care of this. I coudn't be more impressed!
