We’re very fortunate to have this convienent market open in the building. Grateful the owners are willing to invest their time here.Prices are high, but not higher than other markets. It’s to be expected.Given there’s no grocery stores nearby, I take access to these items as a blessing. Thank you for all that you do!Saves us a lot of time and good selection as well.

My go to grocery store in the neighborhood. Great staff, always friendly and smiling and always have what I need. If they don’t have something they try to get it for me. Pricing is reasonable for the location. All I care about is that they have close to everything you need. Makes it super convenient in the harsh Chicago winters.

Park Place Market is a convenience store within Park Place Tower, making it easily accessible for residents; the store's operating hours range from 6 AM to 12 AM on weekdays and slightly adjusted weekend hours. While the market offers convenience, I have noticed a variation in the level of customer service. Some staff members are friendly and helpful, while others may be less attentive or rude. This store is suitable for quick and last-minute purchases because of the pricing. As a result, I visit this store primarily when I feel lazy or during harsh Chicago winters when venturing further may be challenging.

I live in the building. Family owners are super kind, always greet you & smile. Pricing here is solid for a convenience store. They accept Apple Pay as well. :)

I was so excited to see a little grocery store open until midnight was right near my place as I work late hours!... Until I learned they don't take EBT/snap cards. What gives? I'm guessing the owners are stuck in the 70's or something. I'd spend loads of money here for the convenience, but I guess they don't want it that badly.

Park Place Market is convenient and if they don't have something, just ask and they will likely order it for you if they can.Expect to pay convenient store city pricing as any Condo Building c-store will be the same. It's convenient, not cheap, but actually relatively reasonable. I live a few blocks away and since Covid hit, this is my new go-to. Good people, pleasant, clean and convenient.

10.00 for a case of 24.00 bottles of water is simply ridiculous. The place is nice and has a nice selection but the prices are extremely high
