Horrible experience, made a reservation less than 24 hrs before my vacation was to start. It was confirmed twice via phone call. Took me a little over an hour to get to this location because of Chicago's crazy traffic. Once I arrived, I was told there weren't any sprinters for me to rent. The 1 that I was supposed to rent is in the shop and will not return for the next 24 hours. Then the guy Michael tried to push me to rent two mini vans instead. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Customer service skills are poor.

They are the best. Good prices Phil knows how to take care people and they have been in business for years. Honest people dependable clean rentals.

All the comments(my opinion are true). I walked in, he never acknowledged my presence,as if I was a ghost. When he finally noticed me, his behavior was condescending.I feel deeply sorry for him BECAUSE HE CAN 'T HELP HIMSELF ?. WHY ?These kind of people DO NOTself reflect & they CAN NOT be HEALED.They THINK everyone else is the problem, no matter what. The *ONLY HEALING* solution is "NO CONTACT".! This STOPS ALL the toxic cycles,(in his mind).Watch how PEACEFUL❤️? your life will become.I'll let "Dr. Emily Mayfield"& Dr.Ramni tell you who he is ? ❗ ?. UPDATE: He responded: lies lies! .Listen, First impression is ALWAYS SUPPOSE to be your BEST impression. Your Arrogance supercedes customer friendly. SO,Don't text me anymore.Dont want to hear "word-salad. Treat people with dignity& respect. PERIOD!

Very rude and condescending over the phone. I dont understand why either. Its a low budget car rental facility and the guy acts like hes renting high end vehicles to people from affluent backgrounds. The customer service here is a joke.

Called to cancel my reservation because we are not going to Chicago anymore and they denied to give us back our $50 deposit which was never mentioned at the time of reservation. Apparently if you cancel they will not refund your money. That’s called bad customer service for not informing the customers about your cancellation policy. I will not recommend a place that’s not clear on the policy. I hope you enjoy on $50 Scammers!Called back and they told me we as the customer need to ask the question about getting our refund at the time of reservation. Then I was told we will get a call back. Waited til today a week later and Michael now said I need to speak to Phillip. So hopefully we get to speak with Phillip and resolve this. Moving forward as a business please make mention to every customer at the time of reservation that if there is a cancellation the deposit is non refundable so that customers like my husband and myself are informed. Do not assume we would know all your rules/policies and that the deposit is not refunded. Again it goes to show you their customer service is not good at all. So let’s see what Mr Phillip has to say.

Rented a 15 passenger van for a family trip. The owner called a couple hours before the trip to say all his vans are in the shop! Do not recommend! If I could rate this a ZERO I definitely would!

Do not book any vehicle with a debit card! At least with a credit card, you can effectively dispute their dishonest charges. I was charged for miles after being quoted a flat rate and they took my security deposit for not returning the vehicle vacuumed. Besides these extra charges, the vehicle didn't have windshield wiper fluid and the engine lights came on in the middle of a 4 day rental.

I see why everyone says they are rude. I didn’t care that they didn’t have what van I needed, the owner had no people skills. As soon as I said “okay well thank you” he hung up on me. Like how hard is it to say “Have a nice day” or “bye” or at least something.

I was given a referral to use Paragon Car & Van Rental by staff at the Marriott hotel (as a personal reference, not as an endorsement from the hotel chain) where we are staying. It’s so great knowing where the locals go; who they trust. We live out of state, and I’m traveling as the leader of a group, responsible for getting them around the area. Let me tell you—you need a good guy, call Michael at Paragon. Excellent service!

This place is terrible! They Are extremely rude! they tried charging us $400 extra dollars worth of fees that was not discussed in the mist of reserving the van.i wouldn't recommend this place to no one!
