DO NOT COME HERE!!! Ripped the trim off of my car! I got the basic wash and it ripped the trim clean off my car and broke all the plastic brackets that hold it in place. The manager and owners say it is on a sign before entering the wash that they are not responsible for any damage done to the vehicle inside the wash..... clearly this has happened before or they wouldn't need that signage. I will never be returning here or any other express car wash for this reason. They don't have insurance to cover any damages and the sign is supposed to cover them from all liability when their "car wash" destroys perfectly good cars?

Este lugar es chévere a mi me gusta venir aquí y también tengo el servicio mensual de $40. Lo que no me gusta de este lugar es el viejito que atiende. Es agresivo y tiene 0 pásense. Está es mi segunda ves con problemas con el viejo. Tiene actitud horrible.

Don't go here. Everything about it is half assed. The pricing structure is ridiculous.. $10 for BASIC WASH which includes nothing/ $15 for mid level wash? Then the terminal tries to upsell you on everything that should be already included! Basically the $3 special at most joints is what you get at this dump for $10. The soap is like dishwashing liquid and SPARSELY applied and the air dryer doesn't work at all. The guy at entrance was a total jag and just casually sprayed the pre wash wand on the window? NICE JOB! Maybe if this guy did his job the cars would come out better?? I'll never go back here, should have looked at the reviews first (2.2) // talk later

If you like creepy men..this is the car wash for you. As I was vacuuming a man came up so close to me to ask me if the vacuum was suctioning. When I told him I was good and to leave me alone he ripped the vacuum out of my had and said "I know my vacuums" He was not wearing any clothing to inform people he worked there..and after he continued to just stare at me.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH. It is way too rough and needs to be fixed. It completely ripped off the metal arm of my windshield wiper.

Avoid the car wash. Not only are there often crazy long lines, but the bigger issue is that the wash does a TERRIBLE job of rinsing all the soap off, as well as drying. Pretty much every time I’ve gone through this wash, it gets soap all over my mirrors, folds them against my windows, and then fails to rinse off almost any soap. Each time, I’ve had to empty my drinking water bottles from my car to rinse off all the soap.

The guys that work there are jerks. They were standing right there when a woman cuts in front of me at the vacuum and refused to move. Their response, What do you expect me to do.

Don't waste your time! They have some very shady characters working there. They are reselling the car wash codes, so when you try to use yours it will say that it's been used. Tried to use my free wash today and it said the code was used today 11:15 am; I was at work at that time. No need to try to call and complain, no one answers the phone. GO TO THE ONE ON CICERO AND LAWRENCE. Same company, but it has a longer wash time, and more vacuums.

The wash is good, and very reasonably priced. The only caveat would be I don't recommend getting their tire shine added on. It's too thick and will sling residue all down the side of your car. Other than that, I go there quite often.

This car wash scratched the entire drivers side of my suv. Can't tell if it will buff out with a detail or need a 5k paint job. No responses from website. Avoid at all costs unless you want to pay them 10 bucks for thousands of dollars of damage to your vehicle.

Terrible place. Been coming here for years and they don't care if you're a loyal customer or not. Was here a few days ago and the receipt didn't print to give me my follow up FREE wash code. When I asked about it the guy was VERY RUDE. He acted like it was my fault their machine didn't work. He ended up giving me a receipt that he had wrote "free" on. I came back today and was trying to get help at the payment machine (there is NO help button). Same rude guy finally comes out and he said I should have just come in. I explained to him there was no parking. He pointed at the HANDICAPPED space and told me I should have parked there and come in. I only said "dude you could talk nicer." He has been in a red jacket both times. As previous reviews said, this manager is RUDE. I'm not the only one. So then he refused to let me use the car wash. So I just let my car sit there until he finally let me in. I could've sat there all day. I had nowhere to be. The issue is that he wanted me to park in the handicap space. That would be illegal, inconsiderate, and wrong. I can't believe he wanted me to park there. You can go a few blocks away to Riverview on Clybourn and they will hand wash the interior and exterior FOR YOU while you wait for 17 bucks. Just 2 bucks more than this drive through exterior only wash. Much better.
