This place is awesome! Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcome and always trying to help you in whatever you need. They are great at gift wrapping too and have the most amazing and beautiful gift wrap paper selection, cards and a lot other stuff. I’ll be back!

Absolutely ridiculous the new policy at the store. Received a very sweet gift from a friend which I could not use, came in to exchange it then was told I could not exchange anything or return anything without a receipt. Woman claims this is a new policy coming from corporate. It is ridiculous that I would need to tell my friend that I want to return it and hurt her feelings in order to pick something else out. I literally turned around and the item that I was returning was directly behind me so it was purchased recently and not something that was several years old or anything like that. The sales associate was very rude about it. Customer service is definitely lost with this company. I will take my business to another store.

I love that they offer gift wrapping services! While I'm a decent gift wrapper myself, I had an extra special gift that required extra special wrapping. They definitely delivered and I was very happy with the finished product! Slightly odd that you have to buy the ribbon and everything there, but they do give you the remaining product to take home.

They have wonderful cards. However, last time I was there I noticed a typo in one of them. It was a Valentine's Day card, with a picture of an octopus, and it said, "You octopi my heart." I pointed out to the person at the cash register that the plural of 'octopus' is actually 'octopodes.' She didn't seem to care.

Love this location! This was my first time stopping at this Paper Source and I was blown away by all of the cute items they had in store. I've been to different Paper Sources previously, but this one seems to have more much inventory. Definitely will be back to this location in the future.
