Can agree staff is still pretty terrible. Not surprising as the reviews mentioned this but it's still the same as of 3/2022. Other paper source stores have treated me better.

Horrible customer service. I've tried multiple times to reach them by email, phone (have even left my number in cue), zendesk and have not received any response on my order that was only partially shipped. Don't order from Paper Source.

Libby Libby Libby--with all the COVID precautions (especially for old people like me), I didn't feel like coming to the store to pickup one very small but special card I had purchased online. NO PROBLEM! LIBBY VOLUNTEERED to drop card off at my high rise (.5 miles away) after work. OUTSTANDING!! Thank you, Libby!
