Been taking my cars to Luke for years (city living, dings and scrapes happen all the time) and have always been blown away by his service, timeliness, fair pricing and quality of workmanship.
He always provides an estimate but Luke is one of a handful of people I work with where I'd be happy to give him my keys and say "Let me know the cost when it's done".
Trust is the most important aspect of any business dealing and Luke is someone I trust 100%. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Terrible experience. Following an accident, I chose this shop due to their great reviews. My car took 6 months to repair, mostly due to the owner Luke feuding with my janky car insurance. BUT despite what insurance I have it is the shops job to repair the car to the best of their ability considering the fact that the insurance cashed them out 8K! Place barely answers phone calls and emails so I had to drive up there many times just for an update. They gave my car back with improper repairs, so my car is at another shop that is fixing their mistakes. Exterior repairs look nice but repairs under the hood/bumper/grille was concluded as improper/incomplete. They lied many times about sending invoices to the insurance which makes me believes they were trying to get extra money from the insurance with I COULD CARE less about but don't prolong my car repairs. They have terrible communication. Only called me once in 6 months with an update. I'd have to call a million times to reach someone! Owner can be rude at times and I always remained nice and respectful despite how long it took. Do not waste your time here like I did!!!

Incredible experience and fantastic work done on my 2021 Colorado. The shop was fast and my truck looks brand new after repairs. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back if the time comes!

I've always had great experiences with the body work at P&H, and now I have experienced great service with a purchase of a car.Luke's inventory of used cars is small but he's selective in what he offers. The 2015 Mazda I bought was a great value, clean and Luke made the purchase and paperwork easy.Browse his inventory every so often so when you or a friend need a car, you know where to go.

Amazing work! Luke left the car better than he found it and saved us money by fixing parts good as new that otherwise would have needed to be ordered at much higher cost. He even detailed it. Can't say enough about their great work and service. Thanks very much Luke and P&H team!
