Chicken sandwich had great flavor but was a bunch of tenders which was weird. Got the smallest pour of 12% wine ever. Wouldn’t go back.

For all the 'hype' around this brand recently I'm a bit disappointed with the men’s clothing selections as well as the service. Staff seems to pick and choose who they put their energy towards.

The OV Dallas store didn’t have an item in stock so Caroline at OV Chicago graciously helped to get the in-store (Chicago) item shipped directly to our home via phone/email communication. Despite a busy day over there, Caroline provided excellent assistance. Team OV Chicago is doing an awesome job!

The staff has always been helpful and knowledgable about their product. When I shop here I always know what I'm looking for so I'm in and out very quickly.Also-- donate your old NB shoes and they'll refurbish them to be given to those in need.Top that off with the fact NB is made in America and it's an all-around fantastic business.

I want to preface this in that I've never physically been to this store, but Caroline and her staff were *so* incredibly kind and accommodating in helping me place an order over the phone. (Their store was low in stock on some items I wanted, but she offered to set up an order to ship them to my directly to my home and comped the shipping fee!). THANK YOU!
