Dr Otero is really great as a physician and very experienced.
They are flexible and willing to cooperate.

Started coming to Dr Otero about a few months. He formulated a plan for all my medical issues and I haven't felt better. He continues to monitor me and he's always available to answer any questions or concerns I have.

Unbelievably rude office staff (Britany I think?). Called to say my insurance switched me to their practice midyear. I questioned the need to come in for labs when I've already had labs this year and suggested she request from my old PCP. Instead of listening to what I was saying SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Heck no I won't be switching to that office, not with that attitude.

Service is ok I got what I wanted....just didn’t like how the DOCTOR drew my blood with no gloves and I found out they reuse the tourniquet instead of throwing away after each use. Not going back. Thanks for the service tho

First time here and it was a great experience. I didn't have an appointment and the Receptionist took care of me with no problem. She was very friendly and had great costumer service. The doctor was very nice and very helpful as well. I highly recommend it.

Doctor is useless. Waited over an over to get a physical filled out. Receptionist has horrible attitude. Don’t know what they’re doing. Taking my family elsewhere. Hope they shutdown.
