DISCLAIMER: This is my first review I've ever written if that tells you how good of customer service I received.On a weekend vacation to Chicago and wanted to stop in and check this place out as it was already on my radar. Knew absolutely nothing about fly fishing and was blown away by the outstanding customer service of all of the associates but especially Mae in particular. She got me all set up with everything I would need, going above and beyond to get me on the right track with my fly fishing setup. The customer service I received should be the gold standard for any business. Will absolutely visit again when I'm in town.

Terrible. Every day that passes service at Home Depot gets worse. To get any item that needs someone to pick it up you have to wait for several minutes, maybe hours, until you get it. Honestly, I'm going to the lows and be pro there, because I don't think they want me as a contractor here.

Stopped by while walking around & it happened to be the Father's Day sale! Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, & free drinks. I bought a dog toy & a handkerchief for my large dog & both are perfect.

First time in the store today and we had a wonderful experience. Very pleasant and patient salesman named Courtney helped me with a purchase of Barbour jacket. I was somewhat between sizes and he was able to determine what I needed. Another salesperson stopped by as we were at the checkout register and provided even further help and information about my purchase. We also learned that if we see something we like in the catalog, we can call the store directly and they will ship it free (this may be available within a certain distance from the store). Even though I know nothing about outdoor equipment etc, I did not feel out of place.
