Friendly helpful staff. The employee worked very hard to get us an answer to our question. It was the wrong answer, but he tried hard and was very eager to help. In an age where many stores of all kinds can be understaffed with surly, disinterested employees, this still seems like a win.

Went to get new wipers yesterday in the freezing rain. The sale person not only helped me find the correct wipers for my make and model but offered to switch out my wipers for me. Such great service!
