I just went here. I got there at 8:46 PM. The sign says they close at 9 PM, but the door was already locked. When I got the attention of the person working, she put down the gate.

Incompetent worker, I bought so many parts and Alexis messed up my orders. I bought 11 parts and two are unavailable. Alexis said I can order it for you and it will be available on Tuesday. Came Tuesday and I went to pick it up and I was told that Alexis did not order but only charged my AMEX for the two parts and he forgot to order it even though I asked 3x if he “ordered “ the parts. Boo ?

Service was better than expected & staff was more knowledgeable than expected as well. I try to buy in black communities but sometimes establishments don't train/hire the right support staff - not the case here. Easy in & out and they asked questions to make sure I got everything I needed. Good job!

They always point me in the right direction. Also, I would like to thank Ralph. He helped me put my mom's front light and back brake light in her Kia Truck. That's what I call exceptional customer service. He went over and beyond to assist me and I am forever grateful for employees like him.

They had what I wanted(reg.motor oil:high mileage) The employees were very helpful. This location used to be Wholesale Direct Auto Parts Store.
