Told the new clueless worker what I wanted precisely and repeated it but he charged me for the wrong thing and used my $5 reward. I can back and another started telling me I can do a return but can’t get your reward on the correct item I wanted.
After “Angel” looked at the receipt for what seemed like forever he kept repeating I can’t give you the reward back when it was the employees fault. After that he decided to give the difference we were owed. Terrible experience here.

Store says it closes at 10pm. I get there, sign is on and it close. It needs to be corrected. Customers driving here for nothing.

It says they close @10pm. On the website and on there door but the doors were closed when I arrived @8:50pm. SMH.
