Worst customer service. Came in for a lug and they didn't have it. Asked for a check engine light ,the manager said he just finished testing one and he's tired . Come back another day? OK. Like never again . I'll stick with the normal Auto Parts stores.

Unhelpful and unfriendly. Was the only one in the store and instead of being helped or acknowledged i watched a full fledge argument between the two employees while I stood 2 feet away from them.

Huge thanks to Caesar helping me get my new battery despite the below zero temperatures and the noticeable cold temperatures inside the store as well..he was willing to help. After having to get a jump start prior he really came through with making our already stressful day a little better!

This Thanksgiving I am thankful for O'Reilly Auto Parts!!! I went out to pack the car this Thanksgiving morning to drive to Indy only to find a dead and un-rechargeable battery. NOBODY was open among all the places that came immediately to mind. Did a search on car batteries and O'Reilly pops up and it is OPEN!!! I called and checked and asked (and the guy said "I answered the phone didn't I?" - Good point...). Ran over, got my battery, plus a couple of tips about it from the two very nice guys in the shop today. I told them that while I was sorry that they were working on Thanksgiving, I was sure happy they were open (both had Thanksgiving plans for after work). They saved my Thanksgiving with my family. I will be back for all things automotive!

My car battery died two weeks after the warranty went up, so I had zero expectation that I would be able to have that honored and figured this was gonna be an expensive ordeal. The moment I walked in carrying a battery, a worker walked up to me and began assisting me. At first they were going to charge the old one for me(an evidently free service), but then even more to my surprise they looked up the phone number used to buy it and honored the warranty regardless of it having just barely expired, so this whole ordeal didn't cost me a penny. I felt like the staff genuinely cared. Highly recommend, and will be back. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

The employees are NOT MECHANICS. Don't come on here giving low reviews just because you can't perform an easy installation you can watch on YouTube. Either way light bulbs and batteries are free and many customer dont even TIP! The employees here get payed like a McDonald's salary for double if not triple the work. They put up with you ignorant Karen's because they have bills to pay. If you don't know a name of a part research it! Before you put a part in compare it before opening the package. The employees here are great but they are under staffed. How many car types of cars are their do you think the employees have time to memorize all the existing parts and the locating on get REAL!

Joel is amazing! He helped titan so conductors of my battery and this is the service that they do for free! He didn’t want to take a tip. He was so kind and easy-going. He really helped to ease my stress as my car was acting up from horrible service at Jiffy Lube on Fullerton Elston. Do not go to that Juffy Lube come to O’Reilly where are you can buy your parts, and they will help install simple things for you!
