Horrible customer service!!Made a call to make sure they had the right part. Put me on hold for more than 12 minutes. As soon as I arrived(January 29 2023 @1:59pm) the 3 workers were talking about something NOT related to work. (I was able to hear part of the conversation)I Asked for the manager and it ended up being Jasmine, the "manager" who put my call on hold while she supposedly was looking for the part I asked about. Her and the 2 other workers were just standing, chilling.. Is crazy that these people be getting the jobs when clearly have a 0 in Customer service. Also, Alondra is another rude worker, we asked for manager's name, she ignored. We asked again for the manager's name and she replied with an attitude "ask her when she comes." We asked for her name, and she said she was not going to tell us her name, not even say anything until manager gets there. How can people like this be getting these jobs where you need to have customer service experience?I made a call to make sure this place had the correct part before heading there, before wasting time/gas. Why are these people working there where obviously they're not doing their job!? Preferring to put you on hold simply because they are so into a conversation between coworkers.Also, if you are in a MANAGER position is because you been doing your job how it supposed to, but putting a call on hold for more than 10 minutes just because you rather be talking with others does not shows she deserves that position!!THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET RID OF THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.Does anyone know a phone number (corporate) where I can complain about these workers??!

I would have gave them 5 stars but they have me the wrong information today and I specifically and thoroughly explained my question. Nonetheless, I'll be back because humans make mistakes and hopefully tomorrow morning they'll make up for it
