Typical O'Reilly. 1 employee that knows something, the rest can sort of operate the register. Store was merchandise ok.

Bad phone service. I spoke to two people and they both told me to hold on 30 minutes each I wasn’t able to ask for a manager because the young man kept picking up the phone and saying hold on lady and putting it down very unprofessional

Came in here simply to buy window wiper fluid, but the lady working behind the counter who rang me up was not friendly at all. It doesn't take much to put on a little more kindness and energy, especially when one (the customer) is being nice to you.

Bought a battery and had them put it in for me. They took a long time and still did it wrong. I had to go to another shop to fix it because my car kept going dead. Please work on your training or just say you don’t know how to install a battery.
