I do personal training with Anahi. She is super knowledgeable and friendly. Much better workout than when I was just going to the gym!

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Anahi is an excellent trainer! She pushes me to work hard, but always makes sure I am still comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

The trainers here are very kind and make sure you're doing the exercises safely and correctly. Very beginner-friendly. The space and equipment are also in great condition. Good location near the brown line.

Clean, new equipment and attentive, energetic trainers make this a motivating place to stay fit. Ken and Frank have also been great remote trainers as well.

I have worked out with most of the staff and every personal training session is challenging. I primarily work with Jack who has helped get stronger and pushed me in the gym beyond what I could do on my own. Easy parking at the North Center location!
