Joy, Lauren and Maribel are amazing! I’ve learned so much about my health and body composition and when and how concerning food that I know this was destined for me to journey with them. They are amazing! Most importantly I’m dropping the weight and understanding how I’m doing it!

I would give them a zero if I could. Signed for a 3 month program. Even though I did everything right I lost 3.2lbs the first month and 2.8 the following month. The program in my opinion is designed for you get frustrated the 1st 2 months so they can upsell you that disgusting food or other services. When I expressed my dissatisfaction I was blamed and told maybe I should not eat fruit of any kind. Really??!! After I completed the program they attempted to charge my card for another 3 months. Stating the program renews automatically. At no time did i ever consent to an auto renewal. IMO a bunch of bums and predators.

Do not write your review prior to program completion!
I would like to bring to your attention that I have experienced significant challenges with the level of professionalism at this clinic. Despite my patience and understanding throughout various issues, such as unanswered phone calls, billing discrepancies, and lack of communication regarding my account, I am deeply disappointed with the recent decision to deny me unused products and a refund based on a policy that was not clearly communicated to me. This is being said after 3 months of back and forth calling and waiting for them to “fix” my account.
After multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including speaking with a manager who initially gave me the impression that my concerns would be addressed, I am now being told that I will not be receiving the resolution I was promised. This inconsistency in communication and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
While I appreciate the professionalism of certain staff members, such as the medical assistants, I must express my disappointment in the management team and their handling of customer concerns. It is essential for a clinic to uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service, and I feel that this has not been the case in my interactions with this clinic.
I urge you to review and address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar difficulties. I will be posting additional reviews on other sites to warn others.

Hey I just wanted to share my experience with GLP-1, I wanted to shed some weight n I took the injections n changed my diet of course u feel skeptical about new things but it worked magnificently, I have lost more weight than anticipated n wanted to let the next person know that this product works, especially with diet and exercise so if ur on the fence take it from me, I fully endorse it because it got me toned n shapely quickly!!

I have been a member since March 2024. The team at the South Loop location has been amazing-from reception to my health coach to the medical provider.
I never thought that I would use such a place but one day I scheduled an appointment and went ahead and started the program. I’m down 26 pounds since I started.
My health coach really gave me a lot of tips and advice and went over nutrition labels with me.
I don’t have a bad word to say about this location!
I’m so glad that I took the chance.

Automatically charged without notification. Paid 2 months, only take 1 shot of the 2nd months (total 4), then pause for 2-3 weeks to deal with some personal issues, when I came back I was told has to pay 3rd month to resume the 2nd month injection because of account suspended or will not get any more injection or diagnose. Gave up all rest 3 shots. Hopefully this review can help more people to READ their policy.

I’ am not sure how to rate this place! When you GET AHOLD OF THEM which is very challenging and rare they will be very professional and helpful. However, you may feel lost in the process of scheduling and confirming appointments so you may feel lost with your tx plan. I guess its their system and they would tell you they have the app to help connect with team but the app is not helpful at all. Its been like a week since I contacted the person who is responsible for my tx since I ran of injections which supposed to be taken weekly I have not gotten any response I was charged for this upcoming month without calling me to confirm that I am willing to continue or not and what my plan is! This is bizarre . Also they will text your appointment with their nutritionist randomly without confirming time they would just text the time and date and if you don't confirm they will not cancel they will not follow up with you. There is a lot of miscommunication or zero between my team care members. I am just extremely disappointed how they manage my care. As of result! You would see results because the medications WORK and they educate you about it! But the process is so overwhelming with them thats Why I give up on them now and I will ask to get my refund for recent charges for this upcoming month.
