Last year I took a leave from work and was told I was need to find a primary care physician to fill out my paperwork. I called the Olivo Medical Wellness Center and confirmed that Dr Olivo does and would be able to fill out my forms. The morning of my appointment, I called to confirm that my forms had been received by the clinic. At my appointment, Dr Olivo told me none had arrived. I informed her that I had confirmed the forms had arrived. She assured me that there would be no issues with my forms being submitted to the Hartford. After my blood had been drawn and medication prescribed, I was told I should register for a physical. I wanted to confirm that nothing would be out of pocket as I was not sure how long the leave would last. The following week I was informed at my physical that my forms had been submitted and not to worry about it. I did have confusion regarding having my blood drawn again and wanting to make sure it was covered by my insurance since they did it the week previously. They assured me that everything was covered and that my forms were complete. After two months I found that my forms had not been completed. I reached out to the office and they told me they would leave my message with Dr Olivo. After an additional two follow ups, I was told by Dr Olivo that she was not comfortable filling out my forms. My leave paperwork had expired. I lost the pay that I would have received if my forms had been completed by a competent doctor.Had they informed me originally that they were not comfortable filling out my forms originally, I would have had time to find another doctor or psychologist. Telling me that my forms were complete was a lie.In addition, they charged me twice for calling and requesting that my forms be submitted to the Hartford. Meaning, I was charged twice by the office for Dr Olivo to say no, I will not fill out these forms. I was also charged for the physical. All three charges I will contest through Blue Cross and Blue Shield.Additionally I will be reporting this to any medical board, better business bureau, and any other resource for matters like this. How can doctor prescribe medication and then lie about submitting paperwork for a patient? Why lie and then charge a patient for a service that was not completed.I would be really careful about this location. I do believe they would take advantage of migrants. English isn't my first language and I could say they make you sign the waiver that says you pay all expenses, but intentionally running up a bill is shameful.AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Do not go here if you are looking for a new primary care doctor is all I urge anyone. I went in hoping that Dr.Olivio would be a good fit for me but when I explained concerns for pain I was having with breathing after having Covid-19, and gave my family medical history of these issues, I was told to take ibuprofen for the pain and even advised by the doctor herself to get my booster shot for the vaccine less than a month after having Covid-19 even after hearing my concerns with my breathing and pain. I understand she didn't hear anything of concern with my breathing during the exam but in my past experiences medical professionals have sent me to get x-rays or other testing if they can't find anything wrong during a physical examination. The pain persisted so much I ended up in the ER with multiple tests having to be done. I truly believe this place is more concerned with being a "med spa" than a true doctors office, speaking as someone who has a parent in the medical field and has worked in the field themselves. Also, the bathroom was appalling for a doctors office.

Dr. Olivo is patient, considering, and helpful throughout each and every visit. She is timely in her responses and always analyzes everything from all sides. I have been recently experiencing some weird symptoms and she was able and happy to help me understand what's wrong and get to the bottom of what she could do to help me feel better. The two best things about this practice: The availability given (in both days and times) throughout the week and how quickly I get a response within the online portal! I am always able to ask a question from the comfort of my on home rather than going to another appointment. Thank you Dr. Olivo for helping me this past month! I am so thrilled we have come to a consensus on what I can do to improve my health!
