I came here for alterations on a black tie event dress and I was very impressed. I was able to walk in and be seen immediately plus the dress was ready to be picked up less than 2 weeks later. The work that was done was perfect and altered with much consideration. I will be getting my alterations done here again! Thank you for the attention to detail!

Very efficient and nice work here. I’m 10 minutes away biking and Kim and his wife welcomed me in as a first guest and took good care of my pants that I needed for a wedding in 5 days. He killed it and they’re so nice. Go check them out for any alterations!(:Service: Alterations

These people and this cleaners has never let me down. Received a bridesmaids dress, 3 days before I had to leave for the wedding and they rushed the alterations and helped me fix it exactly how I asked. Could not have better things to say.

I am a first time customer at this establishment and was treated very rudely, so much so that I decided to take my garment elsewhere rather than complete the transaction. While I very respectfully was attempting to interact with the front desk personnel (who also happens to be the owner Chang K) not only could he barely take the time to look up and acknowledge my presence, he also walked off right in the middle of me speaking to him to answer the phone (sans an "excuse me" or "pardon me" or "one moment please while I attend to this phone call"). I found the reception in this establishment to be unprofessional and unwelcoming

The sweetest couple and they are the most considerate business! I’ve brought in multiple items explaining my cleaning requests. Today I explained that I had sweat stains on a hat and the woman suggested that I try cleaning it with detergent or some grease-removing soap first. I told her that I trusted her more, to which she smiled and suggested that if I can do it myself, I wouldn’t charge myself. We discussed a couple of other cleaning tips to which I was very grateful. Their pricing is fair though not discussed up front, so if you’re curious just ask beforehand or during. They are very busy, so bring items in at least a week ahead of an event if you need; otherwise, great location and I just drop off and pick up as I like.

I had several of my leather boots, winter jackets/coats, suits and shirts cleaned here and the quality of service and professionalism are always excellent. I also had my wedding dress, suits and several dresses altered and I could not be happier with the results!
