I drove 10 hours to go to this store to find a tejana for a party, i had two pigtails and when i went to try the tejanas on the lady said that the pigtails would not make a difference with the hair style you have, and the tejana was two sizes way to big, im very very upset.

Manager needs to fire estefany. She was being really rude and had to ask for another employee. Ive seen other complaints about the same employee. Not coming back.

Employee Estefany sold me the wrong cologne I asked for. Next day they didn't want to make an exchange after opening the box and realizing it wasn't the one I asked for. Bad customer service. If you're looking for a boot store go to dos de oro.

I need these people to return my calls and messages. They owe me a pair of pants. I am feeling ripped off. I paid $358 for a jacket, pants, and shirt. The pants did not fit so i returned them as told. They never got back with me regarding the pants. I have try messages and calls. They have started to reject my calls. They have received the pants that I return, but not call back from them. They were really nice when they sold to me, but their customer services is awful. I need my pants back or my money.

They follow you around constantly which is very uncomfortable. They heavily push products on you even if you tell them that’s not what you’re looking for, it’s overall very overwhelming and annoying. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Save your money. I tried on a pair of flared wranglers which were cute but a bit loose. I tried asking for my size and the jeans were damaged at the belt loop. I asked the worker if I could get another one and she said no because those were the only size. She put the damaged jeans back on the shelf for someone to buy. I ended up settling for a size up. I didn’t even have the jeans for 12 hours and I didn’t wear them. I took off the tags thinking that I would keep them. I ended up just not happy with them. I went in again and I wanted to exchange and I was even ready on spending more then the jeans. The young lady said “my boss will get mad at me. I can’t take these jeans back. You took off the tags” which you can staple the tags back on, it is very easy… I work in retail. Customer service means making your customers happy and clearly they don’t care about that… they just want you to spend. As you can see their responses in other reviews, they are very petty and unprofessional… which shows their customer service standards/values.

I bought some boots for $600 and they left them for $550 because I spent almost $2000. The next week I bought the same boots for my dad for $600 but the cashier charged $699 plus $120 in Taxes, a total of $840.00 for square alligator boots. I think it was theft to charge $100 too much. I asked the owner and she ignored me. Just because I went with my parents, if not, I'll return them.
I'm not coming back. Apart from the women who sell, it is very uncomfortable for them to follow you throughout the store. They don't let you choose patiently. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE because they steal and don't let you buy Agusto. ILL RATHER BUY ONLINE. This is the reason small business go out business. Thiefs!!
