Staff is always very helpful and is very knowledgeable. Store is very clean and orderly and items are easy to find. Plenty of unresistible deals. Store is located in the mall and ample parking. Store will bring items to your car if you pre-order. A great store and definitely worth the visit. There is a copy and printing department and the Computer Repair is awesome. Worth a visit.

The WORST experienced ever!!! No one picks up the phone - when they do - they don't answer and just hang up. Had to go to and follow up my printing the sales person looks like HE HATED his job, does NOT MAKE EYE CONTACT and never acknowledge your presence!!! this store NEEDS a total overhaul and shut down the store to have a week of CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOP!
