Incredible people work here. Karla showed so much kindness and passion for what she does. I walked in looking for advise on glass frames and how to fix some that I have. I walked out with my glass fixed. And she did it out of kindness. She didn't have to take the step, but she did. That is great people. She only had great things to say about the doctors, co workers and place as a whole. I recommend coming here!

Occhiali is an excellent store. I needed a new prescription for one lens, but my old optician told me that lenses come only in pairs, and I would have to buy two. When I tried Occhiali, they immediately told me they would sell me one lens, and two weeks later I have it. The people who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful: they saved me from spending $200 for a lens I did not need. From now on Occhiali will be my regular optician.

Very helpful with adjusting my frames (purchased elsewhere). Thanks, Karla, for your assistance. My glasses are now fitting perfectly and not sliding off of my face or tilted.

Unbelievable service! Karla was amazing! I purchased new sunglasses overseas weeks ago. The night before a work trip, a screw fell out and I wasn’t going to have time to get them fixed in the morning.Occhiali was closed but I knocked on the door regardless. Karla let me in and was more than happy to spend her off time to fix my glasses. 5 Stars and I will be going to them going forward. Thank you Karla!

I am updating this review to be four stars now as they reached out to me after this one star review (due to coating on lens coming off after one year). I am very appreciative that they decided to replace the lenses. The glasses are great now and I can see perfectly. It is a shame that it took a one star review to change their minds however, the owner must be a solid businessperson and told the woman working the desk to give me a call back after my bad review was published. Thank you!
