The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were some of the kindest medical folks I’ve been to see.

Nice location in Roosevelt collection and near Target South Loop. After checking in, wait time was 3 hours and nobody ever called/texted near the appointment so we had to go back to location and spend another hour+ for the appointment. We did not appreciate how front desk lady’s attitude telling us that she did her job..(actually not) but other than that actual time with dr&nurse was short and sweet. Plus, we had trouble with prescription so spent extra hour+ at the pharmacy which was very disappointing when our little one was already not feeling well.

This an extremely well placed location. The staff from the front desk, nurses, PAs, and doctors are great.

Came in and was out in 30Minutes. Place was nice and clean. Girls in the front (especially Lanicole) were very nice and helpful. Sarah Nuno was also very sweet and attentive to our two year old. Would definitely come back if my babies get sick again. Great experience!

We were routed to a a different NW Immediate Care center where we waited an additional three hours. The Streeterville location then explained that we didn’t need to come there after all. That was annoying … it was for advice about a stray cat bite and we didn’t know what we needed (rabies shot? Antibiotics?). Apparently, neither did the South Loop location. It would have been great if they had just called the Streeterville station to learn what to do or not do for us, but in the end, six hours later, we did get the care we needed by an exceptionally patient and kind doctor who explained in wonderfully meticulous detail why we didn’t need a rabies shot for my daughter, but did need a tetanus booster and Amoxicillin. So, the five stars are for her, this fabulous doctor.

When you call location they say they are open for walk ins, no appointments needed. Showed up in the morning and they are booked for the entire day. $20 Uber down the drain. They also did not care that the phone message was incorrect

Came here but got turned away b/c they didn’t accept walk-ins that day; normally they did. Referred us to go to the one in Streeterville. Went there but got turned away again b/c the line was over an hour long. Referred us to go to the one on Dearborn. Went there but realized we forgot to bring our ID, but the receptionist said as long as we could check in by 7:30pm, they would be able to see us, so we called someone at home to bring us our ID. Waited for 20 mins in the clinic and when our family member was literally 2 mins away, they told us they couldn’t take us in b/c the doctor had “made the call” and decided not to accept anymore patients…what a fun day to obtain medical care in Chicago today!

Care is great, place is clean and all Medical Equipment available. I had to wait even after appointment but that is everywhere. Only downside is I was seen by a PA and not a Doctor. They charged insurance $505.00 "New doctor visit, 45+ minutes". That should be charged as New PA visit. I was charged twice for an XRay. I guess PA could not check the XRay. I had an insurance I only paid limited amount, I would not suggest this place for people without insurance because it charges twice the amount as charged by say PHYSICIANS IMMEDIATE or South Loop Urgent Care. If you have insurance you will get good services.

Had to take my son in for a very sore throat and 102 fever. I usually go to the NW Urgent Care locations on Dearborn (River North) or Aberdeen (West Loop) this day I chose South Loop because it was closer to home and I didn't want to battle with rush hour traffic on a Friday afternoon. The wait was maybe 15 minutes, not bad... the nurse took us back and ran some rapid tests; all negative. The NP came in and examined him, listened to our questions and concerns. We went home, on Sunday a message on MyChart informed us that his strep culture was positive. I called and asked about a prescription (we left on Friday without it because it was assumed it was a viral infection) I received a call back within an hour and his antibiotic order was sent to our pharmacy right away. I will keep the South Loop location on my list for urgent care location.
