A year ago I wrote this in Google review: "Found Northside Pets thanks to a friend and hired them for service with my 3 fur babies during two weeks while I was abroad. NP is already booked for my next 2 trips coming (and more to come)! Reliable, flexible, top service quality, professional, nice meet and greet, affordable, nice interaction with Kim the owner (thanks for all super quick answers). A big thanks to Andres for your service while traveling, w/ daily text, clear and concise. I highly recommend Northside Pets!" Well a year later, my review remains the same. Kim and the team at Northside Pets are amazing. We have a crew of special needs dogs (blind, deaf, etc), and they take the best, most careful care of them. I highly recommend them.

I have used Norside Pets for years and they are consistently reliable and communicative. They take great care of my two cats - who are not always the easiest. I have peace of mind of Northside Pets is taking care of my pets. I would highly recommend them!

I am very protective of my dog and who comes to my house to walk him. Meeting the walkers ahead of time was the perfect way to get to know them beforehand. Kim always responds quickly to emails. It is so easy and stress free to work with Northside Pets. I am so glad I found them, and I am at peace knowing that my dog get his walks as scheduled and that he is in good hands.

I've been using Northside Pets for over a couple years now and I'm so thankful for their services. All their pet sitters that have worked with me in the past have been super communicative and treated my pet like their own. Kim and the Staff at North Side Pets are the best. Sarah and Kevin have been walking my dog and caring for my cats since 2015!! I never have any issues or worries, they always keep in good communication with me and they take care of my pets as if they were their own. Thank you for all the years North Side Pets!!! I’ve been with Northside Pets since 2021. They started to walk my dog since he was a puppy:) They were also helping me with my two cats few times while I was out of town.Lately, Kevin has been taking care of my dog and we love him so much!I like his notes after each visit, it helps me to keep track of my dog needs!:)Kim, the owner, is so nice, very flexible, easy to communicate and always super helpful!!! I really appreciate her service!Highly recommend Northside Pets service!

We used Northside Pets to watch our two kitties for several years and they were wonderful! Kim was always easy to communicate with and quick to respond, they were always able to accommodate our needs (even when our usual sitter was not available). Kevin watched our kitties and he was the best. He always sent thorough updates and a couple of pictures after his visits. It really helped me to feel like my cats were safe and happy. The only reason we aren’t still using them is that we moved out of state. But we miss them dearly and can’t recommend Northside pets enough!

We have been using Northside pets since moving to the area 6 years ago. It has been a great and reliable experience that makes it easy for us to leave our very loved cat at home when we travel. Kim is very responsive. Our cat has a great relationship w the sitter. We love the text messages with pictures after each visit, and the specific updates that help us monitor our cats health from afar. We introduced our neighbor to NSP - so now we share a cat sitter!

We have been with Kim and team at Northside Pets since we got our first pup 10 years ago. They have stuck by us through a move (East Rogers Park to West Rogers Park), a somewhat aggressive canine addition to the family, and many many schedule changes. I think over the years we have had 4 walkers, all of whom have been wonderful, consistent, patient with our crazy guy, and communicative. Highly recommend!

Katje has taken care of my two cats efficiently and with lots of care. She is professional and kind and has made me feel at ease when leaving town. Daily reports by text and suggestions to improve my cats' managing me being away are great approaches to cat sitting. Kim has been great at communicating fees and confirming dates. I have not had any problems with scheduling and have relied on Northside Pets on the regular. I highly recommend.

We’ve been using Kim and Northside pets ever since we moved in down the street and I’m really happy we found them. On various occasions we have needed someone to walk one or both of our dogs kind of last minute, and Kim has always been able to fit us in. Our dogs LOVE her (if we see her in the neighborhood they insist on saying hi to her) and she includes photos if the pups, which I love. As far as I’m concerned she is the only dog walker we are going to use. Highly highly highly recommend!
