I experienced what seemed to be clear deceptive practices that violate the Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. I strongly suggest researching this business thoroughly before engaging with them. That's all I have to say about it.

Their support was extremely responsive! They took care of our issues until it was completely resolved. They would quickly escalate the issue if needed.

tech support is efficient and helpful with assessing the problem. They also have a good follow up process. on the trouble ticket. I have been happy with them with several internet circuits

Super shady billing practices. They charged "early termination fees" randomly on our account in excess of $250k. The kicker is, we are month-to-month and not under a contract. Account rep agrees that the fees are wrong, but the billing department won't fix the issue and keeps sending collection notices, charging late fees, and additional "taxes". Terrible service. Extremely frustrating. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Their service was disrupted and customer service didn't follow up.They terminated service and reconnected on their own and they charge Early Termination fee.If disputed, their accounting dept treat as Bad Debt and they refer to Collection Agency law firm threatening letter kept sending.Beware of this bad practice!
