Had a great experience at this Nike location. The manager Robin went above and beyond. I found a pair of sneakers that my daughter was looking for. Highly recommend this location 10/10.

Would give 0 stars If I could. Went to return a shoe today because it was to small. The older black lady said my shoe was “worn” because it had a crease in it… My feet are wide it creased when I tried it on she still told me it was considered worn & I was past my 30 days. Its like buying a dress & trying it on at home then the button pops because its to small. You take it back to the store for a refund but they deny you & say its worn because of a button popped off…. make it make sense the shoes are brand new not dirty or anything. Manager was no help either because of a small crease

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience today 8/14/24 at this store location. I am a family of four. I came in to purchase shoes for my sons for the upcoming school year, but what transpired was distressing. While shopping my 4 year old son urgently needed to use the restroom. An employee directed us to the back of the store, but upon arrival we were informed by another employee that my son could not use the restroom because it was there policy to close the restrooms at 5pm, but the store closes at 6pm. I politely requested to speak to a manager, hoping for a resolution. However, the manager I spoke to turned me away without offering assistance. Told me that they just cleaned the bathrooms and my son could not use the rest room because they close the rest rooms down at 5pm. Frustrated, I approached the register to request another manager, but again, I was met with the indifference. My son in distress, ended up peeing himself in the parking lot due to the lack of consideration for our situation. As a Nike member who continuously spends money there I expected a higher standard of customer service. This experience not only caused my son embarrassment and discomfort but also left me feeling undervalued as a loyal customer. I urge you to address this matter with your staff. So that other families do not have to endure a similar experience in the future.
