Amazing customer service meat is fresh all the time plus great prices Very helpful as well I'm 7 months pregnant and they had someone help me load my car up :)

If I could give this place zero stars, I most certainly would. I came up to the store today to grab a few items to take back with me out of town since I was in Chicago visiting family for the holidays. Chicken breast was one of the things that I wanted to grab before I left. The young black butcher guy told me I got a 10 pound bag of chicken breast for 20 dollars. To be honest, I was doubtful from the start but gave him the benefit of a doubt since I shopped up there before. He grabbed it, weighed it, and said it's actually 23 dollars. He then asked if I wanted him to remove one. I said yes. He tried to rip a chicken breast in half with his hands, and I noticed that the chicken breast had a weird texture. So I said my man's if the rest of that chicken look like that I don't want it. He kept ensuring me that the chicken was fine, so I carried on. A 120-miles later, this is what I have in my kitchen and what my kids help me painfully discard. The chicken brest was also foul-smelling. This is completely unacceptable and was done intentionally for a quick sell on bad meat. I will be reporting this company to the appropriate officials and authorities. GET THE WORD OUT!!!!!!!!!! FOOD INSECURITIES IS A REAL THING AND THESE PRACTICES FROM MEAT MARKETS HURTS STRUGGLING FAMILIES EVEN MORE. The young black brother that processed that meat ought to be ashamed of himself seriously.

They be stealing food. They wait until you not paying attention and slides it to the side. I called Nick's wife answers the phone and says there is nothing they can do. Mario meats here I come back. Lol.
