**Excellent Service - Highly Recommend!** I recently used Nexus Auto Transport to ship both my Mustang and Mini Cooper from Fremont to Corona, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. The team at Nexus was communicative and transparent, keeping me updated throughout the entire journey. Both cars arrived on time and in perfect condition, which gave me peace of mind during my move. The drivers was courteous, and the level of care He showed in handling my vehicles was impressive. If you're looking for a reliable and stress-free auto transport service, I highly recommend Nexus Auto Transport. They exceeded my expectations and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly smooth. Thank you, Nexus, for your excellent service! MK

We were lied to for a full week about a contract being finalized and then weirdly no driver was available. The day the window closed to pick up the car came and suddenly they had a driver but that person also never materialized. The people on the 24 hour contact line are given a useless script which they repeat whether it makes sense or not. The morning after the window expired, they had a driver for more money who alo never materialized. I was forced top dive my car myself (I am 75) for 700 very stressful miles. The day after we got home they were still hounding us with promises of a driver. Never use this company, they are copmpletely unreliable.

Nexus Auto Transport was scheduled to pick up my vehicle no later than August 17th to ship it across the country, but there was no show or communication from them. I reached out on August 18th and was told that someone would come by between 7 and 9 p.m., but no one showed up. The next morning, I contacted them again and was informed that there was a shortage of drivers, and my request was placed on top priority. They also assured me that the originally quoted rate was GUARANTEED by their management team since they failed to meet their pickup deadline. I waited another three days with no communication from them. When I called to follow up, they promised to contact me within four hours for an update, but that time came and went without any word. Nearly a week past the scheduled pick up, I received a text stating that they had a driver available, but they wanted $305 more than the originally quoted rate. What part of "rate GUARANTEED by the management team" don't they understand? Another week passed with zero communication from Nexus Auto Transport, and finally, on August 30th, I received a call asking again for an additional $200 to transport the vehicle. This is extremely poor business practice and a complete waste of time. I have canceled the order and will never use their services again! If you are on a tight schedule, I strongly advise against using them!

booked 1 and half months in advance and they still picked the car 2 days late from the date that was scheduled. I paid extra for enclosed trailer however my car was left in a storm and I received it FILTHY inside and out.

Avoid using Nexus Transport. They don't honor their quotes nor will they perform the service. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon for a car I purchased on the west coast. I called them two days later for an update and they said it will be picked up the next day. Never happened. They called me Monday and said they have a driver but there will be a $350 upcharge over the original rate. This is consistent with other reviews I've now read. It's now a week later and still no pickup. They say they cannot find a driver, and that they're prioritizing my order. I should have done a better job researching Nexus before committing. They are a broker that doesn't care about customer service for one-off individual car buyers. Shame on me.

We booked almost a month in advance to transport a golf cart from Florida to Georgia. We called several times to verify and get a time for pickup since we were traveling the day of the pickup. We were told that the transport person would get back to us every time, but we never received a call back. The day for transport finally arrived, and we had to leave, so we left the vehicle at the front gate. This was on a Friday. On Monday, we were told that there was no pickup. We called Nexus again and were told that they would call us as soon as they had more information. Needless to say, they never called us. Finally, we had to get the vehicle back to a different place as we could not leave it where it was. They stated that there have been 4 different companies, but somehow none of them could make the pickup. This is unacceptable, and we are still awaiting a refund. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible company to deal with. Booked my transport over a month ago. Their customer service reps kept telling me that everything was all set - even though a week prior they were not able to get it scheduled with a carrier. The day of pickup it was still not scheduled. They finally found a transport co but told me it was going to cost $500 more than their original quote and that we needed cash that the transport co would not accept credit card payment. I told them to book it because we were moving and had to get the the truck moved. Fraudalent co - bait & switch tactics and just an overall poor performing company. They must pay for their positive reviews because I cannot imagine they they ever get a positive review if this is the way they operate. Stay far away and use a transport co that does not use third party carriers.

I had placed an order with Nexus on Sunday for a car transport and was told the car would be picked up within 3 days. I had paid $800 on their website in advance. Nobody ever contacted me regarding the order and I would constantly have to reach out to the company to find out details. After promising me that the car would be guaranteed to be picked up by Wednesday the latest, I received a call on Wednesday afternoon letting me know that they found a driver the service would be $950. We negotiated the price down to $850 and they informed me my vehicle would be picked up Wednesday night or first thing in the morning. I didn't hear back from them again and had to reach out Thursday to find out when my car was getting picked up. They informed me at that time that they actually did not have a driver and they were again looking for one and would hopefully get me something for the next day. Overall, the customer service was terrible. I feel like I was lied to about the price and they tell everyone its low cast but try forcing people to pay more later. I was never updated on any changes to the order and was just expected to be available whenever to have someone pick up my car. I had to clear my scheduled for 3 times just to be lied to. Their guarantees are false and they are not reliable whatsoever. I reached out to Gateway transport services and they were able to get me a driver the same day and for a much cheaper price. If you want good customer service and reliability I recommend you go with them. I will never ever work with Nexus Auto Transport again. They are a bunch of scam artists. They give you a price and then delay the process so that you are willing to pay more out of desperation. This seems to be their business strategy based off the other reviews I see on here. DO NOT USE if you have an urgent need to move a vehicle. They will tell you the date can be done for an added fee, and then essentially you are at the mercy of any local yahoo that is willing to take the work and lose a cut to Nexus as a middle man. Guess what? After 3/4 of the day is gone and 4 phone calls to Nexus, they still can't get past the, "we're waiting on a local dispatch and will call and email you once they accept." It wasn't until I canceled that they called back and said someone is available to transport -- just not on the day it was needed and booked for the extra fee. In the end they couldn't meet their promise for which they charge the rush fee so what's the point in using this company if they will straight lie to you about help being available when it isn't likely at all? Nexus personnel say things like the vehicle is insured up to $250K in transit, but just look at some of these reviews showing major damage from transport that people cannot recover through this company. Use at your own risk. They are a middle man and from these reviews it doesn't seem their transport companies are actually vetted, so you're rolling the dice on who you get.

Awful. Ordered an OPEN carrier for a larger vehicle and they sent an enclosed one. And wow, it did not fit - shocking. Screwed up my entire move. No apologies, no hustle to make it right. Fired them and went with a more reputable carrier who actually had their act together. AVOID!!!!

This company assured me that my car would get picked up the next day, but the price would be much higher. I agreed. I am moving across the country from Arizona to Georgia and have to start work the following week. I was disappointed that on the day of the scheduled pickup, no one gave me an update--no call or text. I had to call them twice. After promising me that my car would get picked up, I had a flight booked, which I had to cancel. I realized these trucking businesses have no regard for their customers; they only care about the money. They can be very rude and inconsiderate. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I am also baffled by the positive reviews of this company. I honestly couldn't have received worse service. There's actually nothing they could have done to make it worse than they did. They lied about the cost and when I showed them the email from Logan who gave me the quote they claimed not to know Logan. They were extraordinarily difficult to coordinate pick up and drop off times with. When there was a dispute about the price, Mike the owner screamed and yelled at me, cut me off to the point I couldn't get a word out at all. I tried to keep my cool and pointed out that he was yelling and that I couldn't speak because he was interrupting me but he was so loud, angry, and unprofessional that he never heard me. I am 45 years old and have never been screamed and yelled at like that before in my life. I can honestly no company owner has ever treated me with that much disdain and in such a condescending way before in my life. I would highly recommend NOT using this company. They are completely disorganized, nobody knows what is going on, and everyone tells you a different story. Whatever price they quote you, expect to have to pay at least $200+ more dollars to get your car back.
