I recently ordered a book online from this bookshop and I will continue to order from them because their communication and customer service is A+. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to resolve it expeditiously. It's a treat to be in touch with a competent live person vs an automated system. I highly recommend this bookstore.

Rosenberg Bookshop at the Newberry is relatively small, but they still have enough books to keep you busy browsing for a half hour. Their Chicago section has many titles I haven't seen anywhere else. There is plenty of room to browse and the staff is very friendly.

A wonderful store--a really well-curated selection of books and gifts. Some are classic, some are funky, all are interesting. Plus they have an amazing selection of greeting cards.

great folks work the shop. love the upstairs section. definitely check this place out before going to Amazon or Barnes and Noble. Show some love for the Newberry and keep your money local!

Best bookstore in town! This bookstore has lots of historical titles, quality selection with excellent review. Buy some Chicago or Newberry library souvenirs here. Friendly staff who can even order a book for you if you are willing to wait a coupla weeks.

Gracias a este lugar me llevo uno de los mejores recuerdos de mi estadia en Chicago: libros. Logre disfrutar de una feria y pude comprar varios libros por menos de 10 dolares. Lo mejor es que son libros que los valorare como joyas preciosas, libros realmente para conservar.
