New Urban is now my go to spot for any repairs I may need. We had some very bad storms in Chicago a few weeks ago and a tree branch fell on my car, doing some major damage and destroying my back window. I didn’t realize it until the next morning and was panicked, not wanting my car to be exposed to the elements or someone crawling in and stealing anything. I was on the phone with my insurance, and they were calling garages in the area on my behalf to try to at least get my car in a safe, indoor space until it could be looked at. Laiq was about to close his shop, but waited for me to get there.Communication was above and beyond during the repairs. They were very very thorough and my car looks so good.They gained a new loyal customer. Thanks guys!

The shop is excellent fair, reasonable and fast. Ladies they will help you and not take advantage. Hands down the best auto shop on the north side. My car looks amazingly brand new!

Damaged my car during repairs. Changed axle assembly and did not put transmission fluid neither informed that they drained the transmission fluid. Damaged and broke interior while installing parts and they are not cheap.

Highly recommended I took my Infiniti suv which was rear ended there and they fixed it in good form and I remember my logo came off during the accident so they placed back on but the logo turned out to be upside down which made it more fabulous

Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED!I went there almost four weeks ago & asked them that my civic 2020 is making some sort of noise in suspension & took a look at it & told me that shocks were leaking & they need to be replaced, I dropped the car the other day in the morning, & they gave me a deal of 350$ for two shocks, I went in the evening got my car back drove it a little bit apparently it wasn’t making the same noise, but in just a matter of two kore weeks it’s even worse, I went to another mechanic got it checked & they told me that shocks were never replaced they were repaired & repaired even worst! They’re such a liars

recommend by a friend. Went in to get estimate for the repair and instantly decided to repair my vehicle. amazing personality and best service. very polite and man with his word. my vehicle was ready as his promise to be done. Love his work. highly recommend to anyone who wants to repair a car. my first time going into the place but definitely won’t be the last time because this place was amazing. owner is very nice and seems to have great experience. I’ve used this establishment several times and they have always done fantastic work. Lake possesses that rare mix of expertise, integrity and professionalism. On top of that, their pricing is always reasonable and turnaround fast. While I wish no one car problems, but if and when you do, this is the place I recommend to all my friends.
