I was recently in this store and bought shoes here. The manager and staff are all really nice and knowledgeable. 1st pair of new balance shoes and I’ll definitely be buying more.

Their machine that checks which size will fit best is broken and disconnected...and you can't call them to find out when it will be fixed because phone calls for the last two weeks go to a voice mailbox that can't accept messages...I think I'll move on from trying to deal with New Balance...

First time at this location with my son. Employee Pretty koo guy laid back. Answered all questions. Atmosphere was decent. They had options and deals.
