This store is the absolute best for getting a used bike at a fair price. Sure, you could find cheaper used bikes online, but you'd be without the pleasure of meeting the nicest small business owners ever. Sonya, Ron 1, Ron 2, and Dante are all the most amazing people. They were warm, welcoming, and made sure the bike was perfect for me before leaving with it. They offer a 60day period where you can return for repairs which is great, and they are generous with their offerings on equipment like locks and racks (meaning they don't upcharge an insane amount for them).I had to go back the next day to get the seat adjusted and it was like walking into my best friends house!Just note that they are cash only.10/10 reccomend :)

Ron and Sonya are the absolute best!! They're experts when it comes to everything bike!! I came in knowing absolutely nothing about bikes and they encouraged me to ask any and all questions I had. They're super helpful and really fair about price (even lowering the price significantly because of a little scratch), and promise to help you out with your bike in the future for free. 100% recommend

I got a flat while riding back from the beach. They fixed it in under 10 minutes and were very friendly and sweet folks. Best bike shop experience that I've had in Chicago!

Great shop for spare parts that you need! I needed a new seat and they got me all set up and even tuned up my bike without me even asking. They are so nice and a great shop to have in our neighborhood!

Old school bike shop, the older gentleman which I assume was The owner, he was so helpful and quick to help you just don't get that kind of service!!!!! I know I could have saved a couple bucks going somewhere else. But I don't regret giving him my business. Support locall!!!!!

Both owners of this shop are incredibly helpful and so nice! I’m not very experienced here (1st bike I have ever owned) and I bought a pretty cheap bike and the tires had dry rot. They filled up my tires for free to see if the air would hold for my ride home, but I opted to just replace my tires to be safe. Extremely great price (others in the area were more expensive). They also replaced my back brake! Took it for a ride and my bike is perfect :) Will certainly be back again if I ever need a repair.

Just stopped by this bike store in my neighborhood today. I was curious to see this place because of the reviews. And truly it was an amazing experience. Ron and Sonya, they are the two most wonderful people you will ever meet. They were very helpful to assist me with what I want. Just tell them what you want or what price range are you looking for.If you’re looking to buy a used bike or just to repair your bike, this is the place.Great customer service + good price

Last week I began search for a used bike. I stopped among several used stores around the city, until I popped into this shop. Sonya and Ron were absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. The store is filled to the brim with beautiful vintage used bikes. I told Sonya what I wanted and they did a complete tune-up on a beautiful used Schwinn World Sport from the 80s. Ron explained everything he did to the bike and it looked and rode phenomenally. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. You don't really find shops like this in the city anymore where they treat you like family. Easily a customer for life while I'm in the city!! (FYI: They are cash only!)- Cristian

Was involved in a hit and run, which thankfully mostly resulted in just a bloodied leg and a damaged rear wheel. The guys here were amazing, doing what they could to salvage it enough so I could get it back home. Would recommend their shop over any of the shops in the area or beyond!
