It seems not much has changed over the years after reading these reviews. I am trying to make an appointment and get a second opinion for my daughter's mental health but it's next to impossible to get ahold of anyone. It says here on Google the hours today are 8am-8pm. After 10 calls and finally getting someone on the phone, I am told I need to call back in the morning because they are closed. If you are closed you should update your hours. If you are closed why are you even answering the phone and why doesn't your voicemail say what your current hours are. It seems that they don't truly care about the mental health of their patients.

My mother saw Dr. Rios 6 months ago was told her mark was not a big deal until 2 weeks my mother needed surgery on it. Do not recommend center.
