went to go get some loose leaf Jasmine tea (they have amazing Jasmine tea as well as henna, spices, bread, etc.) and the man at the cashier was the most welcoming, friendly man I've encountered! definitely will come again

The worst attitude butchers work in Nayab and the owner don't even care. I ordered beef boti and the butcher made pasinde and forced me to buy it and if I don't take it he said NO service.

There is nothing wrong with the prices at all. In fact, this is probably one of the only stores that does not rip you off, like Awami bazar. However, the meat handlers are extremely disrespectful. They are super rude and always show you a lot of attitude with their broken English, and the owner has no training for them. Maybe himself doesn't have good customer service skills. I stopped going there due to butchers being so disrespectful and buying the meat from elsewhere.

The whole staff including the owner is very rude. They are charging excess for all items and when reported to owner , instead of listening to it , the owner himself start a very bad argument.They are stealing your money ... try to avoid purchasing stuff from here

This store sales people never have a good attitude towards their customers. I stop going there because their prices are 10% to 25% higher vs other stores on Devon. When you tell them they give you more attitude like why you come here to buy look. Compare with Awami store and you will see a night and day difference.

Illegal Non Immigrants are working in the shop.Stealing money, charging in excess to all customers. Many of my friends reported the same fraud.Beware, make sure to properly verify the receipt before paying the cashier. All employees are involved in such fraud.

I was at Nayab purchasing chicken and other grocery itemsThis store is highly organized to a point where all packets facing same directionVery good organization and vast variety of products. Good customer service unfortunately my meat order was not prepared right due to miscommunication and the cashier took care of it which is very nice of him. Thankyou Nayab for excellence customer service and care. I would definitely go here again.

I went today to buy meat, they are so rude even they don't want to speak with the customer I am afraid to see this I think they don't want any customer to come and buy anything from there, inside the meat section they are on phone and counter side all are so angry if u will see there faces too rude don't say hello hi especially the Mexican guy on the counter. Owner should answer it.
