Really happy we hired Nationwide to take care of our project. We needed carpets removed and replaced for our duplex down bedrooms. Charles as project manager was swift, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. The quote was a very reasonable for the work expected. The turnaround from quote to full installation took only a couple of weeks. The installers did an incredible job and finishing up within only a few hours, and we were very happy with the results. Would absolutely recommend!

I hired Nationwide to replace the outdated carpeting in my 1-bedroom condo with engineered hardwood, and I had a great experience. Charles quickly grasped what I was looking for, and brought great samples to the in-home estimate. He also provided an estimate that turned out to be exactly on the mark. The installer, Alex, did a great job with the installation, and I am very happy with the final result. I would definitely use them again.

Charles and his installer (Alex) were both incredible to work with. Super responsive and fast on everything from scheduling initial estimate, installation, follow-up, and questions throughout the process. Charles' experience working with all types of homes and projects was evident, and he provided excellent product and style recommendations for my basement flooring project. After September's super-cell storm flooded my downstairs den, I knew that I would not be replacing the floor with the existing laminate. I'm also a huge believer in supporting local businesses. Charles could not have been kinder or more informative. I'd been leaning towards tile, but he sold me on vinyl flooring. It looks terrific, is warmer than tile and installation was easy-peasy. Extra perk: It was available - no supply chain issues. I could not be happier.

I hired the company to replace carpeting with wood flooring and to lay kitchen tile in 2014. This is an excellent company. I made a mistake in that I chose to have the wood flooring go toward the closets and believe I should have chosen the flooring to go along the closets. So where the wood met the closet did not look as neat as I would have liked and the worker came back and put wood strips there. It looked much better. The kitchen tile still looks great.

I had Charles come out to rip carpet out of the garden floor (about 600 sq ft) of our duplex unit and install wood-appearance laminate/LVP. He was on-time, friendly, and accommodating to our schedule arranging various renovation priorities. He was able to work with our budget and match the upper floor's hardwood tone very well. His installer got the job done in 2(!) days, from carpet tear-out to finished product, requiring no oversight on our part - and Charles let me know that as we moved in he was available for any questions or fixes. I'd recommend Charles in a heartbeat!

I recently had the hardwood floors refinished and carpet replaced in my home by Nationwide. Charles was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The crew was punctual and efficient. I would highly recommend this business - both the work product and the costumer service driven professionalism exceeded my expectations.

After water damage I was looking to replace my floor. It was harrowing. Some contractors/sales people said they would come and just would not show up. Some were not upfront. Some would not tell me the brand the flooring was. Some just did not know their products. It was all so frustrating. Then along came Charles. My knight in shiny armor. He is sincere, honest and truly cares about your needs. He lets you know if there is a delay or a problem. I felt that I was in good hands. He told me all I needed for the floor. The supplier he deals with is top notch. Then came delivery/installation. I was immediately was put at ease with the worker he sent. I wanted to keep him. He did a nice job installing the floor. As soon as there was a little dust or mess there he was with his broom and vacuum. I love my floor. I did not even have to get use to it. My old floor was dark and this one was quite lighter. I do not expect to have any problems now. If I do I have confidence that Charles and his crew would be right here. Carpeting will be done soon. My plan is to go with Charles again. Skip the fast talkers and go with Nationwide Floor and Windows.

Nationwide replaced the carpet in one of my bedrooms in a high-rise condo. Their quote was the most competitive I found for the same carpet style, and they were friendly, personable, and easy to work with. Charles brought a much greater variety of carpet samples/styles/colors out to my unit than the national chains, though I did end up finding the actual color I wanted from another local seller. Installation was quick and painless, and I saved money by paying by check instead of by credit card. All in all, a solid investment.

Company recently assisted our HOA in replacing old carpet in our stairwell. Prompt call back, efficient estimate and easy scheduling. References all checked out and was BBB A rated. Competitive pricing and great workmanship gave a new look to a common space with commercial grade carpet that will last years. Highly recommended!

Wonderful! Exceptionally nice people. Got estimates from 4 other flooring companies, Nationwide was the most reasonable by far. Had the floor put in today. Super perfect! We're so happy! Can't recommend Nationwide highly enough. Use them!

The process was easy, as Charles brought out a variety of samples and walked us through different options. The Installation went great and we love how everything looks. It went well. The crew was on time, moved furniture that needed to be moved, cleaned up after themselves and efficiently completed the project. Oh, and the carpet was properly installed. I was happy.
