I was looking for a simple task chair for my home office/art studio. I wanted several specifications (upholstered backrest instead of mesh, removable arms, well-cushioned seat, lumbar support...) The woman working there was kind and patient, and gave me all the pros and cons of each chair. She's quite knowledgable in office furniture and seemed really excited about discussing different makes and models, including ones she'd love to come across for her own personal use. She was so into office furniture, one might mistakenly think that she was talking about cars! I discussed what I needed, and she allowed me to test drive different chairs and decide what works best. I ended up buying a used chair for nearly a 10th of the original price (I looked up new prices online). Once I took it home, I realized that it has many more features than I initially noticed. Amazing chair and in great shape. Thank you!

Recently bought a single office chair for my WFH setup. Cindy was quick to respond to emails and the chair arrived in about 10 days for free pickup at the showroom location. It was protected with a thick plastic bag and in practically new condition--no signs of wear whatsoever. Would definitely buy from NOL again!

I bought a higher-end used chair there last July. I then had trouble finding a taller hydraulic lift for it and when I did I couldn't get the old one off. They offered to do the job for me if I brought it in. I took them up on that and now can sit up tall, correctly positioned for my 6 1/2' frame in my home office for the first time. Thank you!

Thanks to the staff, Cindy, Miles, Pancho, and Augustin, our experience could not have been better! I was having a problem with a chair that I had bought from them a number of years ago. They said bring it in and we will see if we can fix it. Pancho, who has been working there for 17 years, knew exactly what to do. I am now back at my desk sitting on my chair!
