I had my car repaired at National Body Works, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the start, the owner Sasan was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They handled all the coordination with my insurance company seamlessly, making the process stress-free for me. I appreciated not having to worry about the back-and-forth, as they took care of everything and ensured the claim went smoothly.
Not only was the work done to a high standard, but it was also completed on time and within the original quote, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend National Body Works to anyone looking for quality, reliable, and professional autobody work.

I would highly recommend this shop. They made my 2010 look almost showroom ready! The work was top notch and Sasan went to bat for me with the insurance company after they lowballed my claim. I didn't have to deal with any of the negotiations and received a final settlement for a fair price. There are bigger shops in the area but this shop really stands out for their excellent service and prompt responses to my questions. The best part was they cleaned my car inside (I have 2 kids so it was MESSY) and out and left me some cookie snacks :) I would tell anyone who needs repairs to look no further and to use this shop!

Had a door damaged in a hit-and-run while parked. National repaired the original bent door, and did an excellent job matching the paint and blending with the body panels. As far as I can tell, they did things the "right way", dealt with insurance to recoup their extra expenses without involving me, and somehow got me part of my deductible back. Good experience, would use again.

I have been coming to Mr. Sassan throughout the years with my body work needs. I’m very particular with all my cars. Just recently I brought in our Chevy Tahoe that was hit on the passenger side and Sassan and his team made it look like new and it was flawless! They even had my car washed, vacuumed and ready to go when I came to pickup! Sassan is a very meticulous person when it comes to his body work. He goes through things with a fine tooth comb and makes sure everything is perfect! I recommend his shop when I see post on Facebook looking for reputable body shops in the area.

Best repair shop in Chicago. They repaired my car like brand new and communicated the entire way. They also communicated with my insurance during the process so I didn’t have to. Also my car is a unique color they were able to color match to the exact color and you can’t tell the difference. Would definitely go back if I ever had to.
